Hey, here’s some cool news:
It is our privilege to announce S&G and our co-founder, Lauren Fairbanks, has been selected to join the Forbes Agency Council.
What does that mean exactly and why is that so cool? Once a month you’ll see a thought leadership article about content marketing from us as part of the Forbes blogging network. We’re exceedingly proud because the Forbes Agency Council is an invitation-only organization of the top marketing and advertising agency owners in the U.S. The whole council started in late 2015 as part of a collaboration with the Young Entrepreneur Council.
This new partnership is remarkable for a couple reasons. Besides the prestige of being associated with a long-standing publisher like Forbes, we can share our content marketing know-how with a global audience alongside other experts in the field.
Founded in 2010 by CEO Lauren Fairbanks in New York, S&G was built to help brands tap into the benefits of content through captivating, useful storytelling and not just the usual flash-in-the-pan ad copy you gloss over on so many similar sites. It’s been a long, winding, and fruitful road, and we are honored to count our acceptance into the Forbes Agency Council as the latest milestone on our journey.
To sum up, keep your dial on Forbes for our monthly guest blogs, where you’ll read about the latest content marketing trends, tips on content strategy and creation, and probably a cantankerous rant or two on occasion (because, let’s face it: we can’t be expected to change that much).
